JAG is a school-based program that helps students build the skills, confidence, and connections needed for success after high school. Business partners support the program by mentoring, offering workplace experiences, and engaging with students to prepare them for careers and further education.

We’re recruiting business and community volunteers to judge student competitions in areas like business plans, employability skills, financial literacy, prepared speaking, and career preparation. Judges score student work and share feedback that helps them grow. No prior judging experience is needed, and judging rubrics and a brief orientation will be provided.
